Consignment

We split 50-50 with our consignors.

 

Our consignment period runs for 90 days. Our items are automatically reduced by 25% after 30 days and 50% after 60 days.

 

If you choose to have any unsold merchandise returned to you after 90 days, there is an annual fee of $20.00 due upon the day of consignment. If you choose not to have your items returned after 90 days, there is no cost to consign. The items then become the sole property of Phoenix Boutique. The items will be donated to women in need or to a reputable nonprofit organization.

 

Checks are mailed to our consignors during the 1st week of each month. You must make a scheduled appointment to consign items. Items should be brought in on hangers, free of wrinkles, soil and wear.

 

WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ACCEPT KNOCK-OFF ITEMS!

 

We politely reserve the right to say "yes" or "no" to items, as we have come to learn what our customers are looking for.

Items should be within 2-3 years of retail fashion.

High end labels such as Gucci, Chanel, and Vuitton will always be considered, regardless of their age, but based upon condition.

 

While we take every precaution to care for your items, we are not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise.

 

Phoenix reserves the right to discount items and hold sales at any time.

At Phoenix, consignors are welcome to purchase items with any balance in their account.
